Cybernetic Fraud One mans war against the corps.. Published 8.19.2093 by NewsDesk Lee Huo better known as 'Doc Huo', an ER Doctor at the Fuller Street Medical Clinic on RED is under investigation for installation of Cyberware without a license.   Doctor Huo has been practicing at the clinic since Zacharias Smith took over several years ago.  Saedor Krupp, who keep close tabs on who they will sell Cyberware to due to legal ramifications began it's investigation of Doctor Huo a month ago when they were notified by the Hall of Justice that something may have been going on behind closed doors at the clinic. [full article] We contacted the Hall of Justice to see just what they thought was going on.  A spokesperson had this to say: "We had several complaints from several patients who claim that when they couldn't pay for Doctor Huo's services, he took organs against their will as payment.  We contacted all of Fuller Med's service providers including Saedor Krupp to notify them that they might want to keep a close eye on anything they provide Fuller Med.  That's when Saedor Krupp realized that several peices of Cyberware had been installed without authorization by Doctor Huo." When Saedor Krupp and the HOJ asked Huo if this was true, he admitted to practicing cyberware installation without a license, saying that he was just doing 'favors' when the licensed technician (also the owner of the clinic) was not around or available. Fuller Med is facing sanctions from Saedor Krupp over this ordeal and Doctor Huo's license to practice general medicine is under review pending the investigation into the theft of organs.
