Rewards!

• $25 gets you 6 months rent at a unique pad on red OR green
• $40 gets you 12 months rent at a unique pad on red OR green
• $100 gets you a one time BIG FAVOR owed by a mysterious stranger
• $200 gets you a permanent pad on blue OR badlands

Unique Pads:
A custom location designed in part by you, limited to 3 rooms (main room, bedroom, closet OR balcony/lawn) with full showering facilities, one seat in each room, rented for a period of 6 months or 12 months. Should your character die, your next character will somehow be granted the use of the same location in an IC manner. You can choose to sublet the place at your chosing. If you're a mixer, your place will be on RED (includes sewers, heaven and park as possible locations), If you're a corpie, your place will be on GREEN (includes sewers, air locations and creative access locations).

Big Favor:
A mysterious stranger will 'owe you a big one' which you can call upon once at some point in the future. What you use it for us up to you. The only limits are no perma-kills or break-ins that would yield a perma-kill.

Permanent Pad:
A custom location designed in part by you, limited ot 6 rooms including a private pool, custom seating as you like. Should your character die, your next character will somehow be granted the use of the same location in an IC manner. You can choose to sublet the place at your chosing.
