TruSight is a ZMI-developed, modular targeting system for firearms of all types. The system consists of a standard TruSight LAM fitted to a given firearm, which the user then connects to either an implanted TruSight Interface Socket or a pair of TruSight Goggles. TruSight then provides real-time targeting data to the user, including predicted round trajectory, impact point and estimated range.
 Trusight Modification Kit
The TruSight modification kit consists of the standard TruSight LAM as well as mounting hardware to allow fitting to nearly any firearm. Installation is typically conducted by a qualified gunsmith: while physically installing the LAM is not particularly complicated, the LAM must be calibrated for the weapon to which it's fitted. For example, targeting data calculations for a 7.62x54R sniper rifle would be significantly different than those for a .45ACP handgun.
 Trusight Interface Socket
The TruSight interface socket is the most common and most effective way to make use of a TruSight-enabled firearm. The socket is installed into the user's firing arm and then routed to his or her neural processor, which then displays the relevant data on the visual overlay module in their cybereye.
 Trusight Goggles
For those unable to receive the necessary implants to make use of intergated TruSight technology, whether due to PDS or monetary considerations, the TruSight overlay can be routed directly to a pair of ZMI TruSight Goggles providing the same heads-up display and real-time targeting data projected onto a translucent, physical display.
