View Node Source QoL Stuff

Currently, when you view a node's source, it still has the "[g] " appended to every line, which is kind of a pain in the ass if you're trying to copy it into notepad or something to modify the node. In addition to this, when you copy stuff from a gridterm in the webclient (i have noticed this is the case with e-notes, too), it seems to insert additional blank lines in-between each line. For some reason, this doesn't seem to be the case with other aspects of the MOO - blank lines are only inserted when copying from gridterms or e-notes (and other devices that have similar "borders").

Anyway, I think it would be great for everyone if there was some way to view a node's source without having it append the "[g] " before every line.Sure, you can just go through and manually remove it, but then there's a pretty decent chance someone'll miss the spaces in the border prefix and we'll end up with a bunch of nodes getting way too spaced out as time goes on.
