Access to text colors in Sindome is restricted in order to preserve the game's style. You are able to choose a color for your hair during character generation and when using an Auto Style ('help hairstyle'), a color for your clothes when tailoring them or dyeing them ('help tailoring'), a color for most vehicles when ordering one or having it repainted at an auto shop, and as many colors as you please when working on art ('help painting').
You are not able to include colors in your descriptions otherwise. If you wish to change the color of your alias, please check '@colors readable' for a list of readable colors and then type in '@options proom' followed by the color name of your choice. This will also change the default color of other character's names to the new one, but custom set colors will still show up if they picked one. Note that '@options troom' similarly allows you to pick the colors of things dropped in rooms on your screen. Finally, '@options tover' lets you pick the color of things overall. Make sure you have @ansi set to ANSI or 256 in order to see colors on your console.
CLIENT BASED COLORS
Sindome supports three color modes: 256 color, ANSI color, and no color. You can see 'help ansi' for more information on this.
CLIENT CONFIGURATION FOR COLORS
Sindome's webclient (https://play.sindome.org) is configured to work with the game automatically. If you are using other color systems you can find more information on configuring your client in 'help client-colors'.
VIEWING COLOR OPTIONS
You can see available colors for different things (clothing, paint, hair, etc.) by typing '@colors' or '@colors
