Hi, I tried resetting my char password multiple times, no go, I'm not getting the reset mail at all (checked the spam and every other gmail folder). Sent an email to help@sindome more than a week ago. Can someone help? Maybe reap the char since it's still in chargen and I can start over properly? Thanks.
