Guest Account blocking exits

Yesterday while wandering around, I saw the command guard so I typed it in, thinking that as a guest, it wouldn't impact the game. Apparently it did. A player entered the location and then tried to leave said location in the direction I was guarding. For the player, if you read this: I apologize for that guffaw.

For staff: I'm certain I broke a rule somewhere by directly impacting the game. I figured I would post this up just in case it was unintentional to allow guests the ability to do things like 'guard' an exit.
