Add clothing colors to skintones.

I think it would be cool if though mods and splicing you could not only change the skin color of a specific body part, but also change the skin color of that part to colors that do not exist in nature.

For example snake mods that turn the sentence describing your golden eyes a literal golden color, and your skin is described in the neon green of your scales.

I suggested this exact thing in the past, but it never got any traction: https://www.sindome.org/bgbb/game-discussion/ideas/colour-for-bio-mods-2595/

It's not quite the same idea but it's close enough I'll add it here rather than expanding the other discussions about colour and skintone, but there are actually hair and eye %color flags that are used on some items but not actually on @nakeds themselves.

Since the game is tracking hair and eye colour anyway, something that would be pretty cool would be allowing for the use of %color in those @nakeds to show a colourful descriptor in the paragraph the same as clothing works. Hair colour is one of those things that will be in many cases a really standout immediately recognizable feature, but can be hard to get a sense of quickly in block descriptions.

Often times I'll go months knowing a character but not actually knowing what color their hair is because it doesn't stand out in the description at all, so yeah having it a different color would be really nice.
Agree that hair color, at the bare minimum, should be something we can show off with %color in our nakeds.

Biomods really ought to benefit from this too though, it makes no sense that chrome can/does but they don't when they're about as costly yet provide no mechanical advantage and are purely cosmetic.
