Additional 'beeps' in the web-client

I've noticed that if you're not on the tab for the web client, it'll beep you if your characters name is said. This is a pretty useful feature, but there are a few things I think it would be useful to extend to.

Multiple MUD apps allow you to make triggers for all sorts of beeps, but I was wondering if it would be possible for the following two to be added to the Sindome web client.

1. When somebody sends you a SIC message.

2. When a mag-lev arrives in the station.

Both of these can be pretty easy to miss if you're briefly tabbed over to something else, and I feel like it would be a good QOL improvement to the web client to have htis.

i mean in my experience half the time it doesnt beep when someone says your name either

I mean it usually beeps for me, but it also just never happens because 90% of the time in this game "you" or "your" is used instead of your name.

It used to beep if you got a phone call. I’d like that option again.
