So, last time I was on RED, I saw all these ambient population messages, where a beat up van spewing fumes would rumble by, or a beat down gang ride blareing lou bega or whatever the hell those crazy messed up kids listen to in 2089, and I was left wondering, where do they get these things?
Now I've been told 99% of RED can't afford a car.
..? From what i've seen it's more along the lines of like 88.2%
So, I figure why not make Kro's more then a spot to gas up and do that IC thing.

99% of REDites cannot afford a 50k Hondamitsu mono.
As a corpie, I had to break the bank to afford one. REDDies shouldn't be able to get them so easy, and they don't.
However, you slash prices, and quality, throw some crap at Kro's, and maybe more players will get a chance to test out their driving skills, pllay the getaway driver, show off your shitmobile, maybe turn Kro's into a chop shop as well so when you steal Chummer A's 2080 Truck, you can cash in.
