There was a bug that caused a TB where the medpak didn't have a prop for the message when it can't figure out who you're trying to stabilize. I've added it, no more TB.
My previous fix for beacons not being 'gotten' from items they were placed on broke getting beacons entirely. I have resolved this, you can pick them up if they are in rooms now. You can also get them from other items (like a cabinet) if they are not activated.
I have also scanned all the activate beacons in the game to ensure none were in a bad state where they had been removed from an item but were still activated.
