Withmore City Services (WCS) is responsible for the extensive upkeep of Withmore City. Its duties include garbage disposal, corpse and carcass removal, and general repairs, among other work required to maintain the city.
WCS headquarters and employment services are located on the southern stretch of Saedor Way in Gold Sector, where the organization maintains a sanitation facility.
In January 2093, changes to Withmore's immigration policy permitted travel into and out of the city upon payment of a duty. Proposed by the Corporate Council and ratified by the Withmore City Council, the policy was intended in part to provide additional revenue for WCS.
