Bestows complete trust in that person.
The trust system allows people to perform actions without being resisted. This allows the person access to your character in a way that could be abused. Hence why you should only give this access to players you trust. If giving this trust is just a temporary means to achieve a goal, say like a cyberware surgery. Be sure to @untrust that person afterward to prevent them from exploiting your trust at a later time.
Trusting someone will notify them OOCly that you have put trust in them so that they know they can proceed with whatever they were going to do. @untrust DOES NOT notify the other person.
META
This system is cumbersomely designed in order to address issues with using trust to identify disguised individuals. The trust system operates not only by name, but also an invisible unique token that guarantees trusting a person even with a disguise matching other @trusts in your file, will still be considered unique.
This means you may see three entries for "armored puny femboy" in your @trust list, and that is a valid unique three individuals that you @trust that just look very similar. By trusting one disguise, you do not automatically trust all people that look like that.
When people disguise in a room that you are in that you @trust, your @trust will automatically be copied to their new disguise and you will be notified OOC about it.
This is not a perfect system, but it is fair. *Last Updated: 07/05/26 by Fengshui*
