Bratva

The Bratva is a collective of Russian organized-crime groups with official, unofficial, and illegal business interests in Withmore City. Its local control centers on the Gulag, though the boundary between its legitimate and illicit business remains an open question.

It is one of the major syndicates with an established foothold in Red. In the Gulag, the Arteries run the streets, while broader control of the neighborhood's crime and business is attributed to the Bratva. That wider control remains alleged; the two organizations should not be understood as a single body.

Like the other major syndicates, the Bratva operates amid shifting arrangements over business and territory. Its place in the Gulag does not make every resident or enterprise part of the organization, nor establish permanent boundaries to its influence.
