The Withmore Hall of Justice is an enormous complex of mirrored glass and steel in the heart of Gold Sector. It contains most, if not all, of Withmore City's governing facilities.
Its most prominent occupants include the Withmore Justice Force headquarters, the center of the Secure Identification Chip network, licensing terminals, and the Withmore City Council with its subordinate offices.
Residents seeking information on available licenses can consult the licensing terminal on the second floor. Categories include firearms permits, marriage licenses, and business licenses.
The Hall of Justice formed a centerpiece of the redesigned business district in 2060. That year also saw the Corporate Council relinquish governing authority to the newly elected Withmore City Council, linking the complex with a major transition in the city's government.
