Robots and drones of all types are a ubiquitous sight in Withmore City, the skies filled with passing aerial drones and streets peppered by autonomous maintenance bots, while secure locations are often patrolled by both autonomous and direct-controlled robots and fires are tended to by foam-spraying drones. Although the most advanced robotics are owned and controlled by corporations, the technology has become cheap and accessible enough that even some less affluent residents make use of robotic tools in their daily working lives.
