The Sinners are a hardened gang of street thugs that claim control over the northern side of the central red sector of Withmore City. They have been known to deal in drugs and prostitution. A man named Chaim has been leader of the gang since at least 2091. Before Chaim took over as the leader of the gang was apparently run by a man named Creslin though what happened to him or how he lost control of the gang is unknown. The Sinners have roughly the same numbers as The Arteries and at least a third more members then the Snakes.
