Current obsession:
I'm currently obsessed with AI, but not in the way most people are. I enjoy picking them apart and see what makes them tick. The black-box stuff people rather avoid!
Which time to travel back to in the past 1,000 years:
Probably 17th century (in the Netherlands), as that was an era of unhindered economic growth and prosperity never seen before or since. To this day, the Dutch is still riding on the tails of it.
It was also a very dark period, with slave trade to the USA.
I'd love to see that time first hand and not see it through the lens of the "victors"
Give up coffee or alcohol:
I have a difficult time giving up coffee, but I have found a decent non-caffeine coffee-like substance. Alcohol hasn't been on the table for many years.
Two things I would do if I woke up invisible:
Take revenge on my noisy neighbours by shouting at them when THEY sleep, as they wake ME up in the middle of the night.
Bring little flowers to as many people on the mentally disabled care park, so they think faeries have visited them.

I would rather be a lawyer, I was a little lawyer at some point, because I used to dig in the actual law books to see whether my father was bullshitting me (as he commonly did)

I'd rather eat from the garbage bin behind a real restaurant than submitting myself to the crap they dare to call "food"
Do you think all dogs go to heaven?
No, they don't. There are asshole dogs that do not deserve that privilege, plus I don't believe in such a thing as "heaven" or "hell". There is only death, nothing after that!
