What happened???!!

:-( Why has my character (Zeon) been deleted? I don't understand this? Did anyone else lose information ect.? This sucks. Anyone else get this?

The box hosting the game crashed, we restored to the save made at 9:02am this morning, if your character was made after that, it was lost, sorry, just apply again.
