2 -  No, there is no such thing as a marriage license in Withmore City. The city long ago decided that the cost of recognizing married couples was too high.

3 - Anyone you see fit can perform a wedding ceremony since the government plays no part in it.

4 - If it's over a certain size, I'd work on getting a permit to hold a 'gathering' at the location from someone at WHJ.

Things get erased from memory as you remember new things…so choose what you want to keep from your memory and re-memorize it and it'll get rid of the old stuff
