Item weight, and encumberance.

I've noticed for a while, but never mentioned anything.  When I type "inventory" it will say The weight of your belongings isn't much of a burden.  But if I type "look me" It will say you are physically well rested but feeling a little burdened.  

There were other times that It would say that the weight of my belongings is almost non non existant.  Yet at the same time I'm getting another message that I'm somewhat burdened.  

I realize the system isn't in place, or finished but I just thought I'd bring it to everyone's attention
