Out-of-City Puppets
No real method of communication

One of the problems I've started to run into is that since the changes to phones, there is really no way to interact with NPCs outside of the city (whether in the badlands or in space) in ways that require making puppet requests, at least not short of making a puppet request and then just standing there.

I'm kind of curious what the expected methodology here is when plots require information or interaction with these types of NPCs, since in-game coordination doesn't seem possible with the current tools available. Possibly just doing those puppet requests through the nearest similar NPC within the city itself?

I'm not staff or anything, but I've done puppet requests through intermediaries/messengers before, though in this instance I'm not sure how they'd end up actually getting in touch considering the changes.
