Why?

Ok well I'm wandering around SD and I do the whole 'who' thing, and there are …*counts* 12 names on it. But when I go and check out the Who list on the site, there are only..*counts again* 17 names. Either I can't count...or..*confused*...please explain..

@who on the website is an OOC listing of people who are publicly visible, players and admin alike can remove themselves from @who with the command @invis.

'who' is the IC command provided by your SIC implant and shows you those recently 'active' on the SIC network. That is, those who are conscious and reasonably close to you in the city. Not everyone has a SIC implant. While they are ICly required, you can get away without having one and OOC entities (admin, guests) don't have to have one at all.
