Last I checked, when someone dies their chrome can just be picked up from their corpse.
Completely ignoring game balance, I feel like realistically a cyberdoctor would be needed to at the least remove the more sensitive items: chip based things and the like. Obviously cybereyes can be gauged etc, etc.
What do we think? Or am I simply wrong? :P
