Combat while cuffed
Look ma no hands!

Currently when handcuffed and entered into combat, you just kinda stumble around and die. However, there is still plenty to do with your hands tied behind your back! You could kick, you could bite, you could head butt, the world's your severely limited oyster!

Idea is simply to add a hampered version of combat for the cuffed people. This should depend purely on your stats and brawling/martial arts skills, and could have a string of cuff-specific combat messages that I would be more than happy to help write.

In the end, you should probably still lose since you're cuffed, but if you're some badass bata and some weak little immy tries finishing you off, there should be a decent chance of you dunking the cuffed-victory.

Not a fan of giving a major buff to unarmed, it already has tons going for it.
Tend to agree with Froggy on this one.
Cuffed combat is a thing though, and if you're a well seasoned unarmed combatant its not even that hard.
I think this would be a nerf to cuffs and would lead to calls for a -more- complete solution. I know it probably stinks to be cuffed and at the mercy of your captors, but that's kind of the point.
Ultimately it's a game, with mechanical simplicities. Sure, IRL you can fight in cuffs, but IRL I can also break your arms and legs and not have to worry about cuffing you at all. And all the other insanities a near-dead character can do already, even when cuffed.
Yeah, this is one of those situations where we are not trying to imitate real life. Plus you can still dodge while cuffed.
