A reset e-note verb that resets it and allows a new code to be entered… deleting everything on it. Otherwise, how do you get a new code?

I've been messing with the e-note, e-print and a module…and it's a bit confusing.
I connect the e-print to the e-note, and the only thing it'll let me print is a newspaper because it says i don't have a module for any of the others.
I dunno if it means the but i plug one of the e-storage module thingies in and it asks one question and then pops itself out. is that all it can do? It transfers data onto it...but how do you ever read what's on them? Shouldn't they stay plugged in so that you can transfer back and forth onto the e-note?
I was lookin' for a thread that explained more...but perhaps i didn't look hard enough.
Some of this is IC i know.

At the present time, there is no coded support for other formats.

Stoney, when it pops out a memory module, it's popping out the one that was already there as you insert the new one. That's why it asks to transfer the data. :P

And besides .. if you reset it, how are you -ever- going to read the last person's stuff?

Wouldn't it sort of defeat one of the purposes of the security code if any nincompoop can format your e-notes memory when you're not looking, by the way?

Yep. That's why there's no 'reset' verb on it.

And why it takes more than just any old nincompoop to hack it … :)

You can now print:
- documents
- resumes
- newspapers
- flyers (they have a front and back, nothing more)
Pages will now automatically limit themselves to 40 lines per page, but you can use .pagebreak to break before 40 :)
And yes, ASCII art is permissible on the flyers. It makes sense there.

What about grainy photographs in the newspapers? Those make sense too.

Ooo. Or maybe even a SHI E-Scanner, to scan photos taken with the Funcam into the E-Note, for use in Flyers, and Newspapers, and such.

I was joking but that's actually a good idea.
