What it says on the tin; hotwiring kits that let a secure tech attempt to gain access to a U-vend. I think this is entirely themely for someone with electrical know how and the right tools to do what otherwise a big baka smashing it only can as of now. I think the cost of the kit plus the risk of failure make this balanced in line with other similar crimes.
Further I think this adds some more risk to what is otherwise a fairly safe chyen generating scheme.
