This BGBB post https://www.sindome.org/bgbb/game-discussion/new-game-features/tailoring-materials–names-n-layers-174 gives a list of words that can be worn over thick items. I am asking if 'cloak' could be added to this list, as it is a garment that (I think) should be able to be worn over thick items and armor.

There's an easy way to do this with the mechanics described in the thread linked.

However, I agree it should be a potential word for overlayering.
