More things to Gridterm logs!
Leave a digital paper trail.

The log feature on a gridterm is a great way to see what the user's been up to, but I think it should go further. I think every login, length of session, and things like the titles of gridmails and who they're sent to should also be logged. Sounds excessive? Not really considering it's a few simple keystrokes to wipe a term entirely. Personally I think that should be harder and require a program to do (or be retrievable with a program) but that's neither here nor there. What I want is to make digital opsec more important for our budding deckers and give dippers and other shady operatives the chance to tie terms to owners, or get a peek at more data.
Isn't resetting a term completely something that requires a program? Am I misremembering?

Not against the idea of their being a deeper set of logs.

No, you can clear a gridterm's logs pretty easily with the 'g logs clear' command. I assumed that was intentional.
I think having a deeper set of logs would be cool, but if they're stored in the normal logs and unclearable for the average person, they would be too OP and further discourage people from using the grid. The deeper set should only be viewable and clearable by a program, the normal set should continue as is.
