Here is my thought, especially because there aren't materials really and if something was to be made then there can be a whole layering problem which does not make sense because piercings are small and should be able to be under most anything.
So, inspired by how chrome (like skillsofts for example) affect your @nakeds, a similar idea but for piercings.
Sure there are hoops inside the earlobe or the top of your ear pierced once or many times around the curve of your ear, but there's also the Eyebrow bolt, Eyebrow ring, small bar at the bridge of your nose.
A small hole in the side of your nose that has a plastic covering, a hole in the side of your cheek that also can have a plastic covering, a ring at the bottom of your nose.
A little ball at the top middle of your lip but above it. a little ball at the bottom of your bottom lip. Or a bar with two balls so all we see is two little balls beneath your bottom lip. A lip piercing with a hoop. There is also a bar that goes through your cheek with a little ball at the top and a little ball at the bottom and it's just maybe about one quarter inch spacing.
A tongue piercing. Hidden from the nakeds and to be RP'd. An ampallang, appadravya, or magic cross when they are together. Jacobs Ladder. Clit hood, clit and "lip" piercings. Nipple piercings on men and women.
No, this does not fall under artistry. I haven't gotten that far ahead but maybe it could. Afterall, there are idiots who are supposed to do a clit hood piercing and pierce the clit. Also, will you put your face in just anyone's hands let alone your manhood?
For now, it's just an idea to see about interest. 1 - Interest in this existing in game, 2 - being written into nakeds like how cyberware and tattoos are so no layering problems (but unlike tattoos and like chrome, they *will* be lost if you die and clone. 3 - I might've had a 3 but I don't remember it right now.
