As many of you already know, the NLM terminals (Quickterms & StreetTerms) have been converted to the web. This is mostly for newbies and those of you who haven't a clue about these things.

The terminals give you access to the IC bulletin boards. Want Ads, Employment Opportunities, Personals, Chat, etc. They are up, they work. PLEASE USE THEM!!! I see hardly any activity on these things.

Now I don't always use the quickterms….well I didn't for 2 reasons, 1 I couldn't find any batteries, and 2 My ass wasn't about to pay! -BUT- Is there really a point to me writing stories that nobody is going to read?!

You don't want your character to be a reporter, quit the job, fine by me. If you want the payroll and possible plot leads, write -something-. It doesn't have to be Shakespeare nor even much more than a short column on a semi-regular basis. Wether or not people use the QuickTerms is irrelevent. And anyhow, if you start writing and putting IC stories on the QT's then the other players are going to start using them…

I wasn't bitching about being a reporter. I was just bitching about the lack of use of the QT's…from all of us players. that's all and I like being a reporter, else I wouldn't be on every day for hours on end almost getting myself killed:-p
