I'm sure this idea has been presented before, but I thought I would throw it out there in case any devs found it interesting.
Sometimes you need to get the hell out of dodge in the Red Sector, or other times, you have a delivery and one hell of a nasty time limit before your head gets bashed in. Sometimes, it's suddenly raining or sleeting and walking just doesn't make sense. This command would allow the character to move along the streets at a faster pace for a short period of time, determined by their endurance.
Basically, the higher your endurance the more rooms you can run through. For instance, someone with "frail" endurance could probably only run through a room or two. Someone with average or higher could run through more.
No matter your endurance skill, running will affect your character's smell. Sweat stinks and everyone sweats while running (unless there's a really clever implant I don't know about). Depending on how long you run, the worst you smell and the more often you need to clean yourself before you start offending the wild life.
Considerations: There could be options of how long you run (i.e., run 2 for running through two rooms). If you run yourself ragged (in other words, you use up all your endurance, in effect), you are stuck in a room for X amount of time while you catch your breath.
