It should be viable to run a command on a target that attempts to scrub it so Terms that have it scanned lose that scan. We'd have #scrub-user, #scrub-geocoded and #scrub-device.
Edit: It should generate a number for how many scans have been removed from the target, but that number should also include a random number of additional NPCs that have scanned that target depending on a few factors. From player devices, however, this should be a competitive roll in someway.
