I think it would be cool to be able to kill yourself. I mean, say you're sitting in a room, judges pounding at the door, ready to bust it down, your woman left you, nothing good is on TV, and you got one round in that Seburo that you know wont do anything against a host of fully armored Judges. So what do you do? Stick that baby in your mouth and pull the trigger. Or there could be weirder ways to do it. Like with a Katana, or blade of some sort, but thats just weird.

Otherwise, jumping off a building is fantastic way to die…provided you and it are high enough. Suicidal rp is fun. :)

Westinghaus is usually pretty fatal. Falling off Heaven is always fatal. Once, someone *cough*Lucifer*cough* fell off NLM tower and lived.

We re-tooled the falling damage code after that one.

Basically, over 5 stories is usually fatal, unless you fall into one of two catagories:

Lucky motherfucker
'Death-row-Marv-esque' motherfucker

Two things to shoot for.

You know in real life, I think that 6 stories is the guarenteed "you're gonna die" height.

Granted you'd probably still hurt yourself pretty terrible and end up paralyzed if you're not so high up.

Yeah, but uber characters are supposed to be like super heros.. I mean who in reality dodges sub machine gun fire?  Or get filed with a katana and then is in excellent condition a few minutes after seeing a doctor.

it isn't that you dodge the gunfire, it is that the person shooting misses!

Actually, you'll find it was Gerik who fell off of the NLM tower (8 Stories) and survived :P.
