some comands that are needed in a taxi:

Driver step on it.-- for a fee the taxi driver should haul ass.

you should also be able to direct a driver somehow.. like not give him a destination but just say "driver turn right here, or go straight, or whatever.  

also the outside messages like a normal car.  you should be able to easily see what someone outside the taxi is doing.  for instance if you wanna watch someone, or run from someone if they come along...

Well, if you put an ! at the end of a command you give to a driver, they do haul ass.  Put the other stuff sounds good.

I had the problem of needing to stop the driver from going one place so my char could get something she had forgotten.

Being able to say "Driver, go back to *location*" would be handy.

All that sounds good, I hate it when I forget something and have to pay 3 fees for my mistake. But if you could also be able to make up for any mistake to forget to pay your fee. Like if you are out of window and get kicked out, you should be able to go to a shop or WJF and pay your fee to be able to use the taxis again.

Yeah, it would be nice to get the use of the taxis back by paying a fine or some fair fee to someone..or something. I have to admit it was pretty cool watching my character get spewed out of the taxi and land on top of some poor corpie just because I took too much time looking at my email.

Like a command that was like.. 'Driver Stop.' and you pay the guy for as much as you had gone so far.  Or if the taxi was more like a chaufer(SP?)  Takes you diffrent places, and you pay when you get out, you know?  

I've changed my mind half way through a ride, and if you could just tell em, stop, and that would be added to what you have to pay when you get out, that would be awesome.

Not sure..  but if you tell them another place mid-ride, do they still go to the first one, or do they go to the second one?

In the lobby at Chex, you will now find a terminal that is suitable for you to pay your fares at.
