It would be cool if you had weapons that you can throw, that worked simmilarly to bullets (like you can throw and attack other people in different rooms/across edges)
I think it would be best if they depended on a roll for either Brawling and Melee (best of either), or Martial arts and Long/Short blades depending on the weapon.
Ideas for throwing weapons
Brawling/Melee :
Street-sized deathball
Throwing Hatchets
Martial arts/Blades
Shurikens
Kunais
For the deathball, it'd be cool if you could pick it up after it hits the target. But I think it'd make sense for the shurikens or kunai if it was 50/50 of it being lost on impact.
What else would be good additions?
