I just think it would be really funny and cool if we could toss shovels or bricks or somthing over the edge of a building, and an option to aim at someone while doing so.

WAY back in the day throw worked. You could toss fragmentation grenades into rooms, at people, ect. You could 'catch' items thrown as well.
But there were problems. Odd things would happen, things like one item being in the inventory of 3 people. Odd things like throwing a grenade at someone, and then because the grenade is still in your inventory, you take the damage, not them.
It was 'wonky'.
So, it was pulled for fixing. And it has basically stayed pulled until recently. I belive Kevlar has taken a look at throw in the last few weeks, and used it in conjunction with flash/stun style grenades. He would have to say though.
