There should be some implementation of water available at all bars, shouldn't there? Or is this like 'Coyote Ugly'? Also, wouldn't this be a perfect time to put into effect the 'water filters' we see advertised all the time on TV? Just a thought.

Actually, up on Green and Blue, I could imagine shops and restaurants selling fancy water…has anyone been to a convenience store lately? Strangely coloured oxygen-rich water, a thousand varieties of 'flavoured water', and so forth.
