I think a combination of the Rigging skill or Martial arts would produce a narly cyberweapon.
Picture this. A knife or throwing star design with the powers of yondu's arrow. It could accomplish this by using what ever the Eyepod uses to float. I think Rigging could be a cool addition to the combat field even if this isn't something we could do, Martial arts with a PRI Arin to use it would be cool as well.
Thoughts?

I like the idea of a personal rigging cyberweapon that kind of floats near you. What about a type of bot that you can just assign to follow you and fight for you, and benefits from your rigging skill for its own combat? Is that a thing?
Like, your felibot attacks your enemies or whatever. It wouldn't be very good for defense, but maybe it could do the bodyguard move to you? I don't know if those are already available options, though.

I think it would be cool, but martial arts already has a cyberweapon and there's a close range skill that lacks one.

In keeping with the Melee Weapon theme, bein' like… hand-tools and stuff... what about... a saw? Extends from the wrist, hand splits apart, blade's a few inches wide. Spins and emits a whirring sound?

Damn, that'd be brutal… just envisioning it. Terrifying to come across in a dark alley. Similar vibe to the wrist-blade, nailz, and cyber-whip. Just makes you go "Ah shit..."

tbh i do really like the idea of more options for rigging-based combat (since the current option is an incredibly huge chyen sink with no real lower-tier combat capable counterparts) but i think i would want to see the skill/the other bots finished + some qol stuff for current robotics tech first. being able to use the ARIN as a bot controller/to interfact with bots would be amaaazing, though
chainsaw hand is sick as hell too. would be an opportunity for some very themely limb severing
