I've had moments in the past where I missed an xhelp from staff.
I think we should add a sort of 'mailbox' for them. Let you check the most recent 3-6 xhelps you received. Maybe add a toggle option that will send you notifications every 10 minutes if you've a new xhelp you didn't reply to or acknowledge in your mailbox yet.
