I had disabled these in 2018. I have re-enabled them. They will spawn and head to a location disguised, same as they do on Red, sometimes staying stealthy, sometimes not.
Since we had to take the MOO offline anyway, I upgraded the instance and doubled the RAM, something we can't do with the server online. Should help prevent something like this from happening again. We do have a memory leak though, and that eats up RAM over time, it's patched in the newest ToastStunt I think, so we'll look into upgrading our dev server and ensuring we don't see any issues at some point. For now, we should be fine for several months before the increased RAM usage becomes an issue. Our previous uptime was 4 months, so we're good for now and the upgrade to RAM gives me time to dig in further as time allows.

There were some luck checks as part of haggling that were superfluous given how we handle skill checks in our system these days. I've removed these checks, and you should only see one notification instead of 2 or 3 when haggling with luck enabled (and a non empty luck pool).
I have updated 6mm extended ammo to take 2 weeks to bring it in line with the 9mm extended clip. It makes sense these would take longer as they have more ammo. I dunno if the times are right overall, they seem long. I've flagged to staff to consider if we should adjust the production time based on amount of ammo + rarity of ammo.
AMMO PRICE REDUCTION
I don't know at what point this happened, but ammo was way more expensive than it seems like it should be. 3k for a clip? Way too high. I've reduced the price on just about every clip.
Extended clips were also 10x the price of a regular clip despite being only 2x to 3x more rounds. I've rationalized this across the board. Most clips are now between 300-450c.
There was a bug relating to rarity with cartons of items that was causing cartons of items to be very cheap. I've updated these cartons to do a value check instead of a rarity check to prevent this issue. That means cartons of things you currently have may have changed in price, probably moving higher if they were more common items, and stabilizing if they were more rare.
I've reduced the space requirements for a scanned photo on a memory module from 25k to 5k, meaning you can fit 50 of them on a 250k memory module.
Have fun saving memories and remembering characters. Use the photos to keep the memories alive and tell stories about the people involved :)
I've increased the number of allowed e-prints such that they exceed the # of allowable e-notes in the game. This was an increase of ~60 allowed in game.
Hoodies: An additional 53 can now make their way into game.
Nito-Kodak PhotoPlus camera: 50 more can make their way into game.
Fun cams: 60 more can make their way into the game.
