I kicked Jira and it is running again.

Drugs batches can no longer be ruined by failing to log in at a specific time. Instead the entire system has been rewritten so that you can tend it every so many hours. When you tend it, you get a portion of the total drugs that would have been produced.
Failing to miss a tend time has no negative consequences other than just missing a batch you could have gained.
When the batch has run its full course, it is cleaned up so you can run a new batch.
Fixer cartons, when open and looked at, now tell you their contents.
Syndicates now have fixer terminals and the quote/order/buy/delivery process has been completely automated. This takes into account fixer ranks, illegal items, total business done, and also adds some metrics.
The biggest part of this is that it completely eliminates needs for these puppets and removes human error. Goodbye, pointless puppets.
I've created ANOTHER attempt at cyberware naked messages, this time leveraging some of Toast's features. This new data structure better supports handling mismatched limbs and pluralization so the language flows even better than the old version. And is also hopefully a little more intuitive to use. Special thank you to Tangerine for doing the grunt work of adjusting the existing messages to this new system.
Cyberware @design systems do not currently use this system, but for the time being both systems are coexisting. The plan will be to eventually recode @design and have it use this new system.
You can no longer sell an item to an NPC that they normally want, but that they are not actively looking for because they already have one.
This was a bug. All of you that were doing this, IE: selling a cricket bat to a ganger who didn't want a cricket bat but whom would still buy it because of this bug, should have known better and NOT been training PCs to do this. Be better, please.

This change should have no effect on your skillsofts, but I have updated the slot/unslot code to be generic to support slotting things into other things. Nothing else is using this system yet, and again there should be no regressions.
If you see something weird, say something. Should be fine, though.
