CORPSHARE MARKET RESET FIXED

There was a bug in processing the end of this corpshare round due to an issue with an object number that was out of sync -- I fixed the bug so it won't happen again and finalized the end of the round.

HELP CRIME

Added sections about 'Red Sector HQ Locations' and 'Playing To The Spirit Of Roleplay'

GOING @OOC

Updated the @OOC Command to add a 3-second delay to going OOC.

Updated the @OOC Command to have a check for Walking to prevent going OOC while Walking.

DRYER USAGE

You need to be standing to use the dry function now, same as it is for shower.

POSE ECHO SPEECH

Sometimes speech was getting garbled in pose echo, which isn't the biggest deal because the goal is to see the pose and if it was correct, but I think I've fixed this. I'm having trouble testing it, because it requires certain circumstances, so please give it a check and @bug it again if it's still happening.

FACTIONS & DEATH

Added code to the perma death system such that when a player creates a new character they are remove from any groups (gangs, WJF, etc) they were a part of automatically.

CYBER EYE & TRANSODER HUB NO LONGER SHOW ADDING NOTES

Adding a note as a player was showing up on screens when someone with cyber eyes attached to a transcoder hub did this. I've resolved it.

WARE MALFUNCTIONS BLOCKING CALL STACK

Ware malfunctions can be caused by a variety of things and they cause a script to execute, and that can block the full callstack from returning until the script is done. I've forked this task moving forward to avoid this so issues surrounding ware malfunctions and code executing later than it should are hopefully resolved.

If this change causes other issues, please @Bug them so I can resolve, but I'm hoping this will just work.

ADMIN @LEASE COMMAND - FEE EXITS

I had a bug in my lease turnover code that was breaking the fee charging exits on some places when a lease was cleared. this is fixed now.

BUILDING A CAMPFIRE - ONLY BADLANDS NOW

You can no longer build campfires in the air above a sector, you have to be in a badlands room, not just any dynamic space.

IMPROV PERFORMANCE TB

There was a task run out of ticks TB happening sometimes on improv performances, I believe I have resolved this by adding some suspends to prevent running out of ticks.

CHARGE NORTH OUTSIDE THE CITY FOR NEWBIES

Newbies are forced to enter the city to prevent them wandering into the badlands where there are no roleplays. But there was a way around this using 'charge'. I've prevented that.

NETWORK DEVICES AND EMP

There was a bug where a network device caused a TB while trying to fork for a duration due to an EMP to disable then re-enable it. I've added some logic around the fork to prevent the TB and a fallback condition if it gets into a bad state to prevent the TB.

TRANSTECH LIMO

There was a transtech limo with the outer description described as the inner description. I've fixed this.

CORPORATIONS LORE PAGE & NEOTRANS

I've updated the corporations lore page to include links to more of the corps, and fixed the name of NeoTrans, which is officially NeoTrans Stratospheric Services, not whatever the middle word was before.
