Trust
A bit of a revamp

So, @trust has gotten a bit of a revamp. The usage remains the same, @trust <person> or @trust <person> to/for <action>

However, you can now trust someone to grapple you. And now that we've ravamped the system, I'd like to add some additional things managed by trust.

If you've got any suggestions I'd like to hear them.

You'll need to trust your doctor to heal you if you want them to be able to preform medical procedures. There are circumstances that are an exception to this rule, like if you are restrained.
