Eastern is -5 GMT, therefore, he'd be around -2GMT
Probably South America, or maybe some island somewhere in the Atlantic.

I'm brazilian, live at Brasilia, the capitol, witch is GMT - 3 but we're on summer light saving time witch adds an hour so we're on GMT - 2 for a while.
