That's the purpose of this thread. The first step is to figure out WHEN (we have the meeting) and the second step is to figure out WHAT (we talk about).
Let's all VOTE ON THE HOMEPAGE for times we are available in DOME TIME (DST). For those of you who are new or haven't figured that out, it is roughly PACIFIC TIME (GMT -8). http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/usa/california/time/
Best efforts will be made to include ALL players and admin. That may mean our meeting is at a somewhat awkward time for you, so that we include everyone, across our 24 hour play schedule.
The meeting will take a minimum of 2 hours, and you are welcome to only join in for some/all/none of it, however, during the time that the meeting is going on there will be no GMs available and attendance is suggested (if you are able to be on). Please vote with the best times for you.
Last year it was Saturday from 12PM-3PM DST, I believe. Or 3PM-6PM.
Once we have the times settled I will open it up for discussion topics. Please wait for me to call for topics to start posting them.
