The WJF does not have any buisness being IC right now, much less have IC Judges. Unless the system changes. Lets take a look at this situation:
Lucifer publically humiliates and insults Casey.Casey tries to make an example out of Lucifer by getting other people to help him kill Lucifer FOR NO GOD DAMNED REASON!
Lucifer kills Casey in self defense.
Lucifer is arrested, his things are stolen, and he is incredibly pissed both IC and OOC.
This does not look like a good RP environment. The Judges and the WJF have way too much power. �And frankly, they do not prosecute those who commit crimes, they prosecute those who threaten their power. Look at Casey. He takes Astro when hes weakend, he takes me when I'm asleep, and he probably used OOC information at that. Hes been killed more times then we can count, lost masive ammounts of gear, and yet, the WJF still uses him. Hes been caught doing things that could pin him as a 'Judge Gone Bad' and yet he is still here. Basically, the WJF has too much power, and they are abusing it. Lets take another look at this…
As of now I am assuming that all my gear, everything I had, is gone. Now, this whole deal probably came out of someone thinking I was hoarding gear and I needed to be 'delt with' using Casey. Did anyone think to consult me? Noooooo. Lets look at others. Casey has access to ammo, weapons, armor, cuffs, and a hella lot of other things. I have painstakingly earned everything I have. I've bought, done deals, killed, stolen, etc. There are others who have access to things as well, they are not touched nearly as much as I am. This is the second time this has happened, both times OOC things are used that we cannot use ourselves or defend agaisnt yet. One thing, my having a tracking device in me that Casey HAS BEEN USING ever since he became a Judge. Icly, I DO NOT HAVE IT! It was removed, yet it wasn't removed. That, is total bullshit that no one ever looked at. Now, back to the gear itself. I sold a large ammount of things to admin to get em recirculated. The stuff I currently held was for TERRA, I needed armaments for my agents or its worthless. Once again, massive RP and planning shot to hell because I am an older player who is stronger then the Judges. The whole, 'I am the law' thing is good, but it cannot be used over and over again. They cannot expect to try and kill someone for no reason, and not have them fight back. In all fairness, that is total bull. If a cop now killed someone for no reason, they'd be sentenced for life, maybe death. That would not change now either, I don't care who much everyone thinks so. Casey attacked me, what am I suppose to do, sit there and watch him miss over and over? No. Self-Defense supercedes what the judges call 'Ultimate Authority'. If someone has done nothing wrong, and they are attacked, they cannot be harmed for defending themselves. Plain and simple. From the start having IC judges before the game was finished was a bad idea. They don't have anythign stopping them. And it is RUINING the dome. RP is being killed, people are being punished for nothing, etc. I am ICly giving people jobs, RP, and much more. Casey and the WJF are ruining the game. Fission was an awsome Judge. He was the same badass judge, but he didn't use his power to get rid of those who were better. He didn't run around fucking people over because they had earned gear, placements, and other things. Casey has done nothing like Fission has, hes got a fucking free ride even after all the shit he pulled before becomign a judge. Icly, in my opinion, Lucifer would have been a good judge, as would Astro and Lujan. But noooo, we can only have 1 judge, right? Wrong. The judges will have those who want money and power, but they'd also have those who delt Justice; Fission, Lucifer, Astro, we all have the same ideas and beliefs. Luc's applied before, not even got a turned down message. He may in your eyes, be a criminal, but int he 58 million people on Red, hes a savior. Hes gone after criminals, tried to get them help, given them money and other things. Yet, Luc is still looked on as a bitch and an asshole, and Casey, a god.
