On the hacking end, you might add taking a hostage or kidnapping someone by taking over their car. Then disable all tracking in it, the external doors, and take it where you want it to be. Some sort of cell jammer would be needed, I'd think, but it's probably worth it for a kidnapping. As a hostage, it wouldn't be as important, I'd think.
