What do you mean by agents…

I think he means Agents, as in Lucifer and Desolate are Agents…for TERRA. Is that what your talking about? If so, you can change that by using @title.

Assuming you mean Agent Desolate, Agent Lucifer etc, that's just @title (@title me is <mytitle>), it's a word that can be tacked before or after your name for general RP purposes. Anyone can change their title to anything they want (within theme). Generally it's a way of adding a little something that defines your characters visual appearances to some degree.

Doctor Bob might have that intellectual look about him and perhaps have some Doc kit on his person.

Agent Bill would have that alert and edgy security look (alert and edgy security guards… hmm)

Judge Jim would probably have some item or uniform making him clearly a WJF Judge or perhaps just has that air of authority about him.

You can even use it to lengthen your name if you so desire. eg, Rastus Robertson.

Or perhaps give some inkling as to your psyche, Psycho Sam.

Etc

It's an RP toy.

That said, one of the admin levels are also called Agents, although they are totally OOC. Admin are those odd fellows that sometimes appear on @who with an extra letter next to their name. Players have -i- or -ip (the p denoting Pueblo client users). Admin have a letter in place of the first - and the ranks are as follows.

w - Watcher - GM's, PR, helper dudes.
c - Creator - Builders, low level coders. Trusted GM's.
a - Agent - Senior GM's and Coders
j - Justice - Wizzen. Senior MOO admin.

So, now you know. *polishes his 'j'*

Don't forget the  o  for people @ooc or the void, or wherever they are ooc.
