All the mini games of Sindome

I wanted to draw some light on all the excellent mini-games we have. Some have been around for ages, some are newer. Some may be adaptations or new games created by players that use existing code. Here are some, please add your own! Just keep IC info out of it.

It's an awesome array and I use them ocassionally, for some good, long scenes.

My kingdom for coded deathball and in-game deathballs that function as a melee/brawling/martial arts weapon.

I imagine it working like this...

Multiple Zones you need to traverse using verbs that can be guarded/blocked by defensive. Zones have proximity to the goal/ball lock (hehe) and the closer you are the better your chance of scoring when you shoot.

Zones are: Home Goal <-> Home Midfield <-> Center Field <-> Visiting Midfield <-> Visiting Goal

When traversing between zones you will check against any player guarding/present that zone. There is a chance of injury and/or fatigue during this altercation.

If you shoot from a zone - you must succeed against interception/block checks from anyone in that zone.

A successful block has a chance of passing to player on your team. Interception/block rules apply on pass.

Only one player can protect the home goal.

Only specific rooms would-be setup for deathball. I figure: Behind the Drome, The Park, Somewhere in Heaven, Gym on Gold, NLM Stadium on Gold, Private "Country" Club on Green or Blue.

Naturally, combat needs to be accounted for in these fields as occasionally a full-on melee is supposed to break out or just a small one between two players while the game continues.

Comments? Complaints? Suggestions?

Deathball as a playable mini-game would be god damn amazing, I really hope that sees the light of day, especially with how much IC attention some of us put into DeathBall like picking a favorite team, player, screaming on SIC when they win/lose and of course the gambling.

It'd also give another "corpie" way of making some serious paper, being a professional DeathBall player with the teams having more interactivity than "here's what happened in the game, enjoy."

Are consoles that you plug into the TV and play still a thing?

I want to roleplay my character as heavily into retro side-scrolling fighting games but dunno how canon this would be.
